CRVA answers from Help Center articles with disclosure gates. After you verify email ownership, CRVA may read a limited account summary (plan/status)—read-only, never plan changes or refunds.
Email work is classified by service: casual chat never requires email; OTP challenge uses noreply@; transcripts use crva@ after verify. See in-product email service catalog for details.
Escalate to humans anytime for refunds, account mutations, security, or legal. Do not paste secrets, API keys, or passwords into chat.
