These terms describe the basic agreement for trying, buying and activating AgentNet products.
AgentNet sells AgentNet plans, Enterprise OS, IM, AGENT X and related enterprise services. The website and customer workspace are account, billing and delivery entry points, not a separately sold product. Available capabilities are defined by the customer portal, delivery report and signed order.
Customers must use a real email or authorized account to create orders and entitlements, and must have authority to use the service for their organization.
Activation depends on delivery reports, runtime self-checks, authorization receipts and downloadable artifacts. Missing evidence is shown as blocked rather than pretending delivery succeeded.
AgentNet may not be used for spam, permission bypass, attacks against third parties, rights infringement or unlawful content. Violations may suspend account, download or authorization access.
During trial sales, plans, features and delivery methods may evolve. Paid orders are handled according to the core entitlements shown at purchase time, with material changes communicated through the portal or registered email.
