Terms of Service
Last updated: July 8, 2026
These terms describe the basic agreement for trying, buying and activating AgentNet products.
Operating entity
These Terms of Service are between you and AgentNet ("we", "us").
1. Service scope
AgentNet provides an enterprise AI employee platform and related products: the AgentOS X flagship, AgentNet IM, AgentNet X, AgentNet Mail and enterprise services. Identity and entitlement are platform-layer capabilities built into each product. The website and customer workspace are account, billing and delivery entry points; available capabilities are defined by signed order and delivery report.
2. Account, authorization and human approval
You must use a real email or authorized account to create orders and entitlements. You represent that submitted company, email, member and deployment information is accurate and lawful, and that you have authority to use the service for your organization. You are responsible for configuring accounts, members, permissions, human approval gates and the scope of what each AI employee may do. AI employee actions within the authorized scope are treated as actions initiated through your use of the service, and you should set review and rollback processes before production use.
3. Subscription and billing cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Monthly plans may be cancelled before the next billing cycle by default. Annual plans are not automatically refunded month-by-month; you may opt out of renewal 30 days before expiry. Enterprise plans follow the signed contract.
4. Payment and taxes
AgentNet bills through licensed third-party payment providers; the available methods will be shown on the checkout page based on your region. When displayed prices are pre-tax, the checkout page will make this clear; you are responsible for taxes required by your jurisdiction.
5. Free tier
The free tier is available immediately, limited to single-account evaluation; it does not include enterprise private deployment, custom integration, or production SLAs. Trial data is retained as needed; the platform does not provide production availability commitments at this tier.
6. Delivery and activation
Activation depends on delivery reports, runtime self-checks, authorization receipts and downloadable artifacts. Missing evidence is shown as blocked rather than pretending delivery succeeded. Paid and enterprise accounts are reviewed within 24 hours of onboarding review for account, entitlement and delivery readiness, and activated after the required checks are satisfied.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use AgentNet or AI employees for spam, impersonating humans or organizations, permission bypass, privilege escalation, attacks against third parties, rights infringement, unlawful synthetic content, audit evasion, unlawful content, or purposes causing physical harm. Violations may result in immediate suspension of account, download or authorization access.
8. Intellectual property, customer data and self-hosting
AgentNet platform code, design, trademarks and documentation belong to AgentNet and its licensors. You receive a non-transferable license during the subscription period; the license terminates upon expiry. Ownership of your business data remains with you. In a self-hosted AgentOS X deployment, you control the runtime environment, business data, backups, access permissions and local security. AgentNet processes only necessary account, billing, entitlement, delivery and support records as described in the order, DPA or support request.
9. Third-party services and integration authorization
The service may connect to third-party payment providers, single sign-on, customer-authorized CRM, email, databases, cloud infrastructure or other business systems. Use of those services is also subject to their respective terms. You represent that you have authority to let AI employees access third-party systems, and you are responsible for credentials, access scopes and third-party terms compliance. AgentNet Mail is the first-party AgentNet mail product line for account verification, notifications, billing and delivery receipts.
10. Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated, AgentNet provides the service "as is" without express or implied warranties as to specific business outcomes, AI output accuracy, AI employee action outcomes, continuous availability, third-party compatibility, or customer self-hosted environments. You should complete security, compliance, permission, approval and scenario validation before production use.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AgentNet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages (including loss of business, data, or opportunity); aggregate direct-damage liability shall not exceed the actual service fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event. This limit does not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, and does not limit liability for willful misconduct, fraud or gross negligence where the law does not permit limitation.
12. Changes and termination
During trial sales, plans, features and delivery methods may evolve. Paid orders are handled per the core entitlements shown at purchase time; material changes are communicated through the portal or registered email in advance. AgentNet reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for breach of these terms or legal requirements.
13. Dispute resolution and governing law
Disputes are handled under the governing law and venue stated in the applicable order, invoice, platform rule, or the operating entity terms for your market. If those documents do not specify a forum, AgentNet will first seek good-faith resolution through support and billing channels before formal proceedings.
14. Updates to terms
These terms may change with product and legal environment. Material changes will be announced on the website or notified via registered email before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
