This policy explains what data the AgentNet website and customer workspace handle for sign-up, sign-in, orders, billing and delivery authorization.
Purpose
The data is used to create orders, show entitlements, generate delivery receipts, resolve delivery issues, contact customers and prevent abuse of public interfaces.
Third-party payment
When Stripe Payment Link is configured, payment information is handled by Stripe. AgentNet stores order ID, plan, email, payment-link redirect state and delivery authorization events, not card data or Stripe API keys.
Email service
Resend handles verification emails, account recovery links and delivery webhooks. AgentNet records email address, verification request, delivery status and necessary webhook events, not public API secrets.
Access and retention
Order and delivery ledgers are retained on AgentNet servers for audit and support. Customers may request review, updates or deletion of contact information unless audit retention is legally required.
Security
The customer portal, downloads and authorization use HTTPS, delivery-report validation and minimum necessary data. Operational access is controlled by deployment permissions.
