This policy explains how the AgentNet website, customer workspace, self-hosted AgentOS X delivery and agent execution services handle personal data during sign-up, sign-in, ordering, billing, delivery authorization, support and enterprise services.
1. Data controller / processor
AgentNet is the controller of your personal data. Joint controllership scenarios are disclosed case by case.
2. Data collected
We process: account info (email, display name, hashed credential, identifiers returned by third-party sign-in), order info (plan, order ID, payment status), delivery info (authorization receipts, download records, activation status), customer-submitted info (company, team size, scenario), support and security requests, permission and receipt metadata related to AI employee execution, and technical logs (access IP, browser info, access time). Business records, conversation content and workflow outputs in self-hosted deployments stay in a customer-controlled environment by default.
3. Purpose of processing
The above data is used to: create accounts and orders, display entitlements, generate delivery receipts, provide support, prevent abuse, improve products, perform a DPA or support request, process payment and invoices, and meet legal obligations (tax, audit, sanctions and fraud prevention). Self-hosted AgentOS X business data stays in your environment. We do not use customer business data to train general AI models.
4. Legal basis
Processing bases include: performing the contract (subscription, purchase); protecting legitimate interests (fraud prevention, security); legal obligations (tax, anti-money-laundering, telecom filing); your explicit consent (marketing email opt-in, etc.).
5. Data retention
Account and order records are retained throughout the subscription. After termination, records related to audit, tax, and compliance may be retained for 5–10 years per law; other information is retained as needed and can be deleted on request.
6. Third-party payment
We collect payments through licensed third-party payment providers; sensitive payment details are handled by the payment provider. AgentNet stores only order ID, plan, email, payment status, signed callbacks, invoice references, entitlement and delivery authorization events.
7. Email service
AgentNet-owned Mail handles verification emails, account recovery, billing invoices, support and sales contact, and delivery webhooks. AgentNet records only email address, verification request, delivery status and necessary webhook events.
8. Third-party sign-in and OAuth connectors
When you choose to sign in with a third-party account, the third-party platform returns your name, email, unique identifier and avatar URL to AgentNet; we do not receive your password or protected content on that platform. When you authorize AI employees to connect with third-party CRM, email, databases or internal systems, access tokens, scopes and audit records are handled according to your configuration, the DPA and the third-party service terms.
9. Cookies and local storage
We use necessary cookies to maintain session (agentnet_session), prevent cross-site request forgery, and track login state. No third-party advertising tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, which will affect login and subscription functions. See our Cookie Policy (/cookie-policy) for full details.
10. Cross-border data transfer
Customer account and service data for this site are processed on infrastructure configured for this market. Customer self-hosted AgentOS X business data stays under customer control. Third-party integrations you authorize may process data under those providers' terms.
11. Children's privacy
AgentNet is an enterprise service and is not directed to children under 18. If we discover an account belonging to a minor, we will cease processing their personal data and delete it as required.
12. Data subject rights
Under applicable privacy laws (GDPR, PIPL, etc.), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and port your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Submit requests to privacy@aiagentnet.cloud; our privacy contact is also reachable at privacy@aiagentnet.cloud. We will respond within 30 days.
12a. California residents (CCPA)
Where applicable privacy laws grant regional consumer rights, AgentNet respects requests to know, access, correct, delete, restrict processing, or opt out of sale or sharing. AgentNet does not sell customer personal information. Submit requests to privacy@aiagentnet.cloud.
13. Breach notification
In the event of a security incident affecting your personal data, we will notify you via registered email within 72 hours of confirmation (or any shorter period required by law) along with mitigation measures. Report security vulnerabilities or suspected abuse to security@aiagentnet.cloud.
14. Policy updates
This policy may change with product or legal environment. Material changes will be announced on the website and notified via registered email in advance.
15. Security measures
The customer portal, downloads and authorization use HTTPS end to end. Passwords are stored using an industry-standard salted slow-hash algorithm. Session cookies are HttpOnly + SameSite=Lax. Sensitive credentials are isolated per deployment environment.
