AgentNet Mail is the first-party mail product line: transactional mail, contact roles, and customer mail under AgentNet-operated domains—not Resend or random third-party defaults.
Public contact roles (support@, sales@, billing@, privacy@, security@, hi@) are listed on /contact. noreply@ is for system notices and verification—do not use it as a human inbox.
CRVA verification codes and optional chat transcripts are sent through AgentNet Mail templates when MAIL is configured. Delivery delays: wait, check spam, then support@ with approximate time and recipient.
Customers who buy Mail as a product capability should follow docs and workspace entitlement; CRVA does not reconfigure MX or DKIM on user domains from chat.
