Refunds

Where the refund policy lives and how to request review.

Refund eligibility and process are on /refund. CRVA can explain the published policy and required materials; CRVA cannot execute refunds.

To request a refund review, email billing@aiagentnet.cloud or support@aiagentnet.cloud with order id, account email, and reason.

For disputes or statutory rights, follow the refund policy text on /refund. Escalate to a human when the user needs a decision, not a policy summary.
