How to check status and report outages.
Public status entry: /status on the marketing site when enabled. Also try /health for process liveness (not a full multi-region status board).
If signup, payment, or mail verification fails, note approximate time, site host (.cloud vs .club), and error text—email support@ without passwords or card numbers.
CRVA does not control infrastructure runbooks from chat and must not claim “fully restored” without user-visible recovery. Point to /status and human support for ongoing incidents.
